

Cheryl Ann Juen, age 64, of Appleton passed away peacefully at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center on Sunday, January 5, 2025.
Cheryl was born on August 24, 1960, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, daughter of Shirley Storey. She married William Juen on March 12, 1983. Their union was blessed with two children and 39 years before Bill preceded her in death in 2022. She was proud to have earned her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin – Green Bay in 2014. She was employed at ATW Airport in the business office for almost 30 years. Cheryl was a generous and giving person. She loved spoiling her grandchildren, spending time with family, gardening, birdwatching, traveling, and reading.
She will be sadly missed by her children: Ross (Megan) Juen, Hortonville; Chelsea (Andrew) Bennett, Appleton; grandchildren: Gemma, Jackson, and Genie; her mother, Shirley Storey; mother-in-law: Mary Ann Juen; siblings-in-law: Laurie (Duke) Peters; John (Tammy) Juen; Todd (Kim) Juen; Chris Juen; Goddaughter, Kaci Jones and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Bill, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Tammy Gaul and Lisa Storey; brother-in-law, Terry Juen; grandmother, Tillie Beranek; aunt Sharon Beranek.
The Christian Funeral Service for Cheryl will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Mount Olive Ev. Lutheran Church (930 E. Florida Ave., Appleton). Friends and family will gather at the church from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service. She will be laid to rest beside Bill at Riverside Cemetery, Appleton in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Cheryl’s name may be given to the Compassion Fund at Countryside Veterinary Clinic or to the Webfooters Waterski Show Team.
